Conversational in Urdu, English & Punjabi (able to meet all customer service requirements with Urdu, English & Punjabi speakers)
Traine new employees in customer service script recitation, conflict resolution, and data entry practices
Able to set up PC, headphones, microphones or any other client service to converse with customers
